    Kickoff and alignment (days 1-3)

    Session with the main decision maker to understand objectives, constraints and success criteria. We agree on which areas to assess and who participates from your team.

    Operational and technical discovery (days 4-7)

    Interviews with operational leaders, review of systems, data and integrations, and analysis of current processes as they actually run, not as documented.

  3. 03

    Analysis and prioritization (days 8-11)

    We build the initiative map, calculate projected ROI for each one, and put together the roadmap. We iterate with you in a mid-week validation session.

  4. 04

    Executive delivery (days 12-14)

    Presentation to decision makers with the diagnosis, prioritized initiatives, projected ROI, roadmap and change plan. We hand over all the documentation so you can execute with any provider.

What's the difference between this service and Custom Software?
This service decides what to change and in what order. Custom Software builds what was decided. If you're not yet clear on which problem costs you the most, start here. If you already know exactly what system you need, go straight to the other one.
Do we have to hire you to execute the roadmap too?
No. The roadmap we deliver can be executed by any competent provider or by your own team if you have one. If you want us to continue, great. If you prefer another option, that's fine too, because we work so the knowledge stays with you.
Does this include an audit of our technology infrastructure?
Yes. The audit of the stack, data, integrations and security is part of the diagnosis. We used to offer it separately, but in practice no serious roadmap holds up without knowing the real infrastructure, so it's included now.
What happens if we conclude we're not ready to transform yet?
That's a valid conclusion, and sometimes it's the right one. We give you, in writing, what needs to be fixed first (data, processes, team, infrastructure) and a readiness plan. Better to know now than to discover it halfway through a failed project.
How is this different from a traditional consulting firm?
Two main differences. First, we don't hand you an 80-page PDF: the output is actionable, in a prioritized dashboard format. Second, we're technical: every initiative we recommend, we can implement ourselves, so the recommendations are grounded in technical reality, not abstract frameworks.
