Commercial proposals issued by eskala.ai are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Engagement is formalized through acceptance of a proposal or signature of a contract. Deliverables, payment milestones and timelines are governed by that document.

eskala.ai delivers its services with the best professional diligence, but does not guarantee specific results in terms of revenue, cost savings or internal adoption by the client, which also depend on factors outside our control.

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, eskala.ai's total liability for any claim arising from a project shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for that project.

7. Confidentiality

All information the client shares with eskala.ai in the course of a project will be treated as confidential, in accordance with the clauses of the corresponding contract. eskala.ai will not disclose sensitive client information without express consent.

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data collected through the site or during the provision of services is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR, LGPD and applicable regulations.

9. Modifications

eskala.ai may update these terms at any time. The version in effect will always be the one published on this page, with the last-updated date visible.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San Salvador, unless a specific contract stipulates another jurisdiction.
